ST PETERSBURG WITH FRIENDS
Elizabeth and I arrived in St. Pete's at our 3 night rental. Cute place. All themed with a Key West theme. Our place is in the Conch Key section and out room is the Hemingway celebrating the author and his cats. Three grand Hemingway books have been left out, so I'll have plenty of reading. None of the three is familiar to me. I ended up buying the Mary Dearborn biography on line from Amazon. The rooms are small, but perfectly neat and clean and just what we needed for a short stay. There were two and a third flights of stairs to come up, so the carrying of luggage was a bit of a chore, but my latest PT work along with daily excercises has improved my lower body strength and I did not find them difficult at all. Also the stairs were only half steps and each step gave full foot access to the 2 by 6. Good railings too with little spires to hold on to at the corners. Rainy day the first day. And cool.
